Job summary

We are seeking smart, courteous, and security-focused Security Personnel (SP) to join our Security & Surveillance team at O’jez Entertainment Ltd. The Security Personnel (SP) is responsible for maintaining secure, safe, and highly organized environment within the Operational space as well as responsible for protecting the company’s guests, staff, visitors, property, and assets by maintaining a safe and secure environment.

• Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years
• Language Requirement: English
• Working Hours: Full Time – Flexible Hours
• Applicant Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

• Guard assigned premises and ensure the safety of guests, staff, and company property.
• Control access to the facility and verify the identity of visitors where necessary.
• Conduct routine patrols and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Monitor security systems and respond promptly to alarms or emergencies.
• Prepare accurate daily occurrence and incident reports.
• Enforce company security policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with crowd control during events and peak business periods.
• Collaborate with management and law enforcement agencies when required.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: SSCE/WAEC, NECO or equivalent.
• At least 2 year of experience in a security role is an added advantage.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
• Strong sense of integrity, discipline, and responsibility.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
