Job summary
We are seeking smart, courteous, and customer-focused Cooks to join our Restaurant & Bar team at O’jez Entertainment Ltd. The Cook is responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with approved recipes, food safety standards, and company guidelines. The successful candidate will ensure consistency in food taste, presentation, and quality while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.
- Min Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years

Responsibilities:
- Preparation and cooking of local and continental dishes.
- Ensuring that all meals are prepared and served promptly while adhering to established hygiene and food safety standards.
- Prepare and present meals according to company standards.
- Maintain food quality and consistency.
- Ensure cleanliness of kitchen workstations.
- Manage food inventory and minimize waste.
